1. All Sales Are Final
All purchases of subscriptions or credits through ConsideredBuy are final and non-refundable. We do not issue refunds or return payments once a purchase is completed.
2. Free Credits for Testing
To help you evaluate our services, we provide free credits for testing before any commitment is required. We encourage users to try these before purchasing a paid subscription.
3. Subscription Cancellations
- You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
- Cancellation will stop future charges, but does not entitle you to a refund for the remaining subscription period.
4. Paddle as Merchant of Record
Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. All transactions are subject to Paddle's terms, which you can read here: Paddle Buyer Terms.
5. Force Majeure Circumstances
In the event of extraordinary circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), such as natural disasters, pandemics, acts of war, governmental actions, or other similar events that significantly impact our ability to provide services, the following applies:
- Force majeure events do not automatically entitle users to refunds of subscription fees or credits.
- Each case will be evaluated individually based on the specific circumstances, duration of service interruption, and impact on service delivery.
- ConsideredBuy reserves the right to make determinations regarding partial refunds, service credits, or subscription extensions at its sole discretion.
